- The patch fixes several bugs in the filter, when nvcc is the device compiler: Fix filter rule, which decides if nvcc host compiler combination is valid alpaka-job-matrix-library#18
- Implement simple verification rule.

The failing checks are due to the queue bug. Since this PR doesn't touch any C++ code I'm merging this as-is. |
